We want you to be happy with The Menu Guys, operated by Bajada Consulting. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are handled by us and issued through our payment provider, Stripe:

• Email hello@themenugys.com from the address you used at checkout, or reply to your payment receipt email; or
• Open the billing portal from your account page and contact us from there.

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing portal on your account page. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid period. If you're also within the 30-day window above, you can request a refund of your most recent payment.
